With stoney mail you have worldwide access to E-Mails, contacts and appointments stored in Swiss data centres.

Manage your private and business E-Mails and contacts. Coordinate team meetings and tasks easily and through a modern web interface or with a mail program of your preference. The encrypted synchronising of your data is possible throughout multiple end devices.

Based on the Open-Source-Software Open-Xchange, stoney mail offers a professional communication solution for small and medium companies, education institutions and public services. You decide the number of e-mail accounts and their size. The access to the e-mail accounts occurs through a modern web interfaces. Your e-mails and contacts can be managed directly through a web browser. The language can be changed individually to German, English and French.

Of course you can keep using you preferred mail-program, and access your e-mail with or without encryption via IMAP and POP. Your account  data is protected by TLS when sending e-mail via SMTP as well. All e-mail will be automatically checked for viruses and undesirable spam.

With the optional groupware functionalities you can add on possibilities for scheduling meetings and tasks. All contacts, meetings and tasks can be synchronized to multiple devices and shared with other users. Working in a team becomes a cinch. Authorisation and control for e-mail addresses, lists of contacts, Calender and tasks can be individually set.
